Compatibility:
This control box is a direct replacement for the K20N24HL(S)-3 and K20N24HL-3 control boxes.
To confirm compatibility, remove your current control box or switch from the chair and check the serial number on its barcode sticker. Order this control box only if your serial number meets all the following criteria:
- Prefix: Must begin with SN:E, SN:WT, or SN:ZE.
- Model Code: The digits immediately following the prefix must be K20N24HL or K20N24HLS.
- Check Digit: The character directly after “K20N24HL” or “K20N24HLS” must be a number or the letter V.
Note:
- This control box is not cross compatible with the K2024HL/K2024HL(S) control box. They are for different sides.
