This is the genuine KDH137-013 switch, manufacturer part number 31100926(A). This switch features six buttons and has three plugs, suitable for power recliner or lift chair with three linear actuator motors.

Compatibility:

• This switch is specifically designed to replace switches with the exact same model number (KDH137-013). Please ensure your current switch matches this model number before ordering.
• This switch can replace other KDH137 switches with the same plug configurations (three leads & plugs, a male 5 pin plus two female two pin plugs); However, the function of the buttons may not be same due to potential wire sequence difference.
• Note: If the plug configuration of your switch is not same, please do not order.
