Therefore, it’s imperative to supply us with your linear actuator’s full model number during the ordering process. This facilitates our dispatch of the appropriate sub-model compatible with your chair. Failure to provide a full model number or submitting an incorrect one will result in a temporary hold on your order.
- Your linear actuator bears two labels on its motor: The full model number is located on the smaller tag. The form of the full model number is KDPT007-XXX, for example KDPT007-168. If there is an extra character on the far side, please also tell us, for example KDPT007-003 M, KDPT007-179 N
